Cecilia Castellano is unfit to serve in public office. Castellano’s company was sued by a local non-profit for alleged fraud of over $1 million dollars and for not paying a subcontractor for work on the project. In an email with the non-profit, Castellano admitted, “I know this is my fault.” The non-profit said that they had to raise additional funds to cover the increased construction costs that could have been used to provide services to the community.
