Matt Blake: Bad for Taxpayers, Bad for Parents
Matt Blake has consistently voted to raise property taxes on hard-working families in Iowa (City of Urbandale, City Council Minutes, Resolution 008-2023). He supported a $43 million rec center project that would have cost Urbandale taxpayers millions in new property taxes. Even worse, Blake opposes giving parents control over their children’s education, standing against parental choice in schools. Blake’s policies put bureaucrats before families, making him wrong for Iowa.
