Cleveland, his law firm and paralegal were accused of taking and using another firm’s confidential client information and trade sensitive information they allegedly stole. The suit claimed that Cleveland had the paralegal continue to send trade secrets to him after he was fired. It alleges that after the paralegal left the firm, Cleveland emailed another employee asking for more sensitive information.
